device status -TV Anywhere

Please help. I now get a message I have reached my device settings. Yet when I look at device settings both my computers are listed. I can't watch anything anymore.

Hi there Davemc1708,

 

Really sorry to hear that you're having some registration issues with our TV Anywhere service.

 

I've managed to locate your account and as you have correctly mentioned, there are two separate devices listed there as registered.

 

It may be worth deleting these devices from registration and then trying to re-register them.

 

I've added a device change on there for you, let me know if you require another.

 

If you are using our TV Anywhere app on any of the devices, I would also recommend deleting this and re-downloading it.

 

You can manage your registered devices by heading over to our TV Anywhere website, click "My Profile", which is near the top right corner of the page, then "Device Settings".

I am here again. I can't watch anything as it has come up with device limit reached. The last time this happened was at the start on November and I had to delete and then install again but I want to watch the football and now can't. Can you help please again
