Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having an issue with the TV Anywhere website not recognising your device. Also I'd like to say welcome to the Community
There are many things that can cause you the need to re-register your device. A few of these are if you've updated your browser or your OS. I'll be happy to add a device change for you however I've not been able to locate your account.
I'll need some information from you so that I can resolve this issue. I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.
