device registration issues with TV anywhere

my laptop that I have used sine my contract has just flagged up on TV anywhere that my laptop is not registered, so I register it again, and a couple of minutes later I have to register again and have now subsequently ran out of device swaps and can not use virgin on my laptop. This happened every month on my phone to the point I stopped using virgin on it. please can this be resolved? thanks

Hi, I'm too having this issue it's been over a week now!!

And it's not limited to windows systems, I am using an iMac with OS X. 

Do you have an ETA on when this will be fixed?
