device registered but not working ... says not registered

i don't use this very often, but the last few times i have logged in it has told me that my devices are not registered ... however they are ... not to worry, I've got a device change there, i'll just remove the device and re-add it ...

guess not ... still the same problem, device not registered and unable to view ??

can anyone assist?

Hey there sandman112,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with device registration via our TV Anywhere service.

 

I've managed to locate your account and I can see that there are two different devices registered in there.

 

I've added another change on there for you, just in case you wish to make any further changes.

 

Let me know if this is still giving you some bother,
