device not registered and device limit reached

hi 

fed up with this service first every time i sign in  to tv anywhere get device not registered now I'm getting device limit reached and won't let me watch deleted one but still can't watch waste of time and money

Having the exact same problem. It was working fine then there was an update and despite trying everything not only is it saying I'm not on the home network....I am, but now it's telling me my device isn't registered and there's nothing I can do about it. It is!

Hi MsLaine,

Thank you for your post Smiley Happy

Whenever there is a change to your OS version on any device, this can sometimes trick the TV Anywhere into thinking it's a brand new device, when in all fact it isn't. Re-registering your device would resolve this and if you can take a look at your allowances, I have refreshed them for you Smiley Happy

 

As for the network, be sure to check on Connecting TiVo to your home network Smiley Happy
