Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums.
Checking things at our end I can see there are already 2 devices registered for use with the Sky Apps.
As the Sky and TV Anywhere platforms are different, any changes made to one will need to be made to the other too.
Log into anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports and delte the device you no longer want registered.
Start streaming from your iPad again and this will re register the device on the Sky platform.
