Re: device change problem

Hi salimkhan,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue registering another device for TV Anywhere.

Removing a device does not use up a change. Only adding a device will remove your change.

I'll be able to help you further however I've not got your details. I've sent you a private message requesting some information. Once I have your reply I can then advise what to do next.

Thanks,

Re: device change problem

Hi

I have the same problem, I've only got one device registered and it won't let me register my Android phone as a second device.

Re: device change problem

Hi Simmo24,

Thanks for your post and apologies that you are having the same issue.

I have gone into the account and added a device change for you to use.

Once this has been used, you'll need to wait until the 1st December to add any further devices Smiley Happy

We're here if you have any further issues.

Take care,

Re: device change problem

Hi Roibeard,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great to have you on board with us Smiley Happy

I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your laptop being detected.

In order to help get to the bottom of this, I'll need to ask a few things.

What OS is your Laptop running?
What browser are you using and which version is it?
What version of Flash Player are you using?
Do you get anything different if trying another browser?

It's worth trying to delete and re-install Flash as well as this can sometimes be where the issue lays.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
