deleted device

i have deleted one of my devices by mistake how do i go about putting it back on

No worries at all. Accidents happen and we can certainly help you to get this resolved.

 

I've located your account and can see that you still have a device change available on there for you to re-add this.

 

We have some information online regarding device management for Virgin TV Anywhere.

 

If your device uses an application to access TV Anywhere, I'd recommend deleting then re-downloading the application.
