Trying to add TV on the go to my Kindle but site won't accept my Virgin media username and password.
I have reset and the details are correct. Am I missing something?
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great to have you here even though the circumstances aren't great.
Usually this happens if you don't have an active TiVo® subscription.
If you do have a TiVo® but it's only been installed for a day then this could be why it's not accepting the details.
Finally make sure you are typing in the username and password and not relying on an auto-fill option as this can sometimes add an extra space which will invalidate the details.
