Keep getting server error sync account 5error 500, every time I try and connect my phone to TV anywhere, any ideas

Usually this error comes up if you are using a secondary account.
What is the make and model of your device? Do you have more than one user account set up on your device? If so make sure you are using the main user account.
Another thing to double check is make sure you are using a UK wifi network. This error is also known to appear if you are trying to access the app / site from abroad.
