Re: cant use tvanywhere from my apple mac book pro

Hi grantmac,

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post.

If you have used Google Chrome to register or stream then i'm afraid you will need to re register via Internet Explorer or Firefox. Google Chrome is unsupported and will no longer work with TV Anywhere due to Google disabling the third party add ons such as Adobe Flash.

You'll need to re register your device by firstly going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Delete the PC and then attempt to stream from the On Now section. This will prompt you to re register the device.

If you have any further issues, just let me know Smiley Happy

Thanks,
