Hi I've just been set up as a 2nd user but when I or the original account holder try to use Virgin anywhere and add a device it says 'not a virgin tv customer'? Any ideas? thanks

Re: cant register device- says not virgin tv customer

You can - via a registered web browser on a Windows PC or Mac. But the main account holder has to enabled this when they set up the secondary account.

You can't use a secondary account with the TV Anywhere apps.

Re: cant register device- says not virgin tv customer

Hi georgeharris22,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue accessing TV Anywhere. If the account holder is having the same issue then we will need to take a better look at this.

Once the issue is resolved with the main account holder, we can then look at this again.

Get the account holder to give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to get things sorted Smiley Happy

Keep us posted on how you get on.

Thanks,
