cannot sign into TV anywhere - says valid login is incorrect

we have been trying to sign into TV anywhere from our home PC but are being rejected with error message that says user name and password combination  are incorrect. We are using our Virgin media email and password which we can use, successfully, to sign into My Virgin media and look up our account details. But when we try to use it to sign into TV anywhere (which we have not used before), it is rejected as incorrect. Advice please

As mentioned in your other thread here: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/TV-on-the-go/Does-TV-Anywhere-work-on-the-Hudl2/m-p/3018475#M280... you would need an active TiVo® subscription in order to sign into the app successfully. 

 

As you don't have a TiVo® the app won't recognise your details. Have you thought about upgrading to a TiVo®? There are some really good deals available. Check them out by speaking to the team online here: http://virg.co/contact
