cannot connect find device on tv anywhere to connect

Hi.

we are new to Tv anywhere.

I have registered a device today to our account. We are trying to connect an iphone 5s via the app to the account/tivo box on my account it says i have registered the device - but from the phone it is saying unable to connect.

We have tried several of the troubleshooting advice on the forum - with no luck.

Please help.

The message you are receiving is poor.

What are you trying to do when you get the message?

Stream a channel without the wifi icon? Only channels with the wifi icon can be streamed. Try channel 104.

Stream a channel using mobile data? This can't be done. You can only stream channels via wifi and in the UK.

Watch a recording from My Shows? Can't be done with the current TiVo but will be possible with the coming Virgin TV V6 box.
