Re: cancelled tv anywhere

Hi nivenb1,

Thanks for your post. It's great to see you getting involved in the Community Smiley Happy

Don't worry, this is something I've done myself too. I have gone into the account and added a device change for you. Use this to re-register your device.

We're only able to add 1 device change in a month so any further changes, will need to wait until the 1st May.

Let me know if you have any further issues.

Thanks,

Re: cancelled tv anywhere

Hi nivenb1,

Thanks for coming back to me on this Smiley Happy

Checking the account, there is still 1 device change showing. Are you sure the error message hasn't changed slightly to maybe all the device slots are used instead?

This would make more sense.

Using a PC or Laptop go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Delete the device that you no longer want registered so it will free up a slot. You can then add the device for use with TV Anywhere using the change I've added Smiley Happy

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
