Hi, I put TV anywhere on my sons tablet and had to cancel one, the problem is I deleted the wrong one and now I have to wait another month to use mine, is there a way round this and put mine back on please
Checking the account, there is still 1 device change showing. Are you sure the error message hasn't changed slightly to maybe all the device slots are used instead?
This would make more sense.
Using a PC or Laptop go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Delete the device that you no longer want registered so it will free up a slot. You can then add the device for use with TV Anywhere using the change I've added
