Hi this has worked well since we joined a few months back, never needing a new sign-in when launched. Now it is signed out and when i try to sign in i get this error
"We are currently experiencing high levels of demand and are having difficulty connecting to your Tivo service please try again a few minutes"
Tito itself is working fine as is our internet and router recently rebooted which made no difference.
Any help please? thanks
Hi thanks, no its an iPhone 6 so up to date.
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue trying to log in to the app.
Make sure you have the latest version by deleting the app and then reinstalling it. Once you've done this, try accessing the app and let me know what happens.
It's worth trying it sometime during the afternoon to see if you get the same issue.
What programmes / channels have you been trying to watch?
