can't login to VirginMedia and password reset not working
I can't login to VirginMedia service account (for TV Anywhere) and the password reset function is not working for me...or for the offshore customer support team.
I have had three 40-minute calls to VirginMedia's offshore help service (but customer support and technical support) who cannot solve it, so pls don't even suggest I contact them again!
Just maybe the issue is connected to the fact I moved our virgin.net email addresses back to VirginMedia servers rather than the TalkTalk ones. But my username login for Virginmedia is actually a non-virgin.net email address, so perhaps that is a red herring.
