TV GO - can’t connect to TV 360

For the past two days I have not been able to connect to the TV 360 box. The message says it is offline. But it is online and connected to the internet. It’s just the app won’t connect.This is urgent as I use it to control my mother in laws channels....

Resolved! Virgin Media TV Go registration issues.

I have registered the maximum 5 devices allowed for using the Virgin TV Go app, but every time I try to use the app on any one of these devices I'm informed that I have to delete one of the devices I have registered. This is so frustrating!!!!

Tv Go App Device Registration

So, just got Virgin installed this morning.  Installed and launched the Tv Go App and attempted to register my device.  Error message saying ‘We can’t play this at the moment 1003’It won’t register my device!

When I try to watch my recordings on my Virgin TV Go App, it keeps saying " Sorry, we can't play this at the moment 1" How can I fix this?
