Re: app not working

Just when you think it can't get any worse, the TV Anywhere total meltdown has further exciting developments.

Re: app not working

Mine is not working either, but I'm on Android.  In fact, it hasn't been working for at least a week.  Not sure if it's my phone upgrade causing the problem...

Re: app not working

Hi guys,

Thanks for your patience whilst this fault was ongoing.

As per the thread, this has since been resolved. Are you still having an issue accessing TV Anywhere?

If so let us know as much information as you can including any error codes / messages.

My fingers are crossed that things are working though Smiley Happy

Re: app not working

Yes it's working again but now certain channels are not like channel 4 and +1, when I put it on it says something about rights restrictions what's happened?!

Re: app not working

Hi Actorgirl3,

Thanks for coming back and letting us know things are working for you now.

Rights restriction messages mean the broadcaster has not given us the rights for certain programmes. I know this is the case with The Simpson's but not sure on what other shows at the top of my head.

If you have any further issues going forward, come back and let us know.

Take care,
