Re: anytime tv app

Hi Shellbag29,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community Smiley Happy

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue using the remote functions via TV Anywhere.

In order to help I will need some more information:

What is the make and model of the device you are using?

What OS is it running?

What are you trying to do when this error comes up?

Do you have an ethernet cable running between your TiVo® and your hub?

Come back and let me know.

Thanks,

Re: anytime tv app

The stock answer will be 6.0.1 is not supported, but it works fine on my S6, except for away streaming... If your network connection is good, try switching the tivo box off and restarting it. When up and running go to settings, network and see if connection was successful..

Re: anytime tv app

Android 6.0.1, and indeed Android 7.x are both supported for TV Anywhere.

Re: anytime tv app

Hi Shellbag29,

Thanks for coming back to me on this one.

The device you are using is compatible as is the OS of it so that's great stuff.

We will need to know how you are connecting your hub to the TiVo® as the current error message suggests there is no connection between the two.

Have you added an ethernet cable between the two or are you connecting them via powerline adaptors. If neither then this means no connection is made which is why you're getting the error.

Come back and let me know.

Thanks,
