Yup still having issues!

I see the team think the issues have been resolved. I've been through the lot - devices not being detected, some undefined "error occurred" and now, tonight all seems well, hit the play button and nothing - get the black square for a nano second, looks like it might be loading then all goes grey, nothing, no loading, nothing!

macbook (latest os) with safari here

It really is a gamble whether anything will work or not - I've tried half a dozen programs tonight and all are the same

Hi Grannyager, 

 

Thanks for popping back and letting us know you are still having an issue albeit a different issue. 

 

I've seen this happening once or twice previously and usually it's down to the Cookie settings. Make sure these are set to Always Allow. This should then allow you to stream.

 

If it doesn't delete Silverlight from your MAC and then re-download the latest version of it. Make sure you also delete the Play ready folder from within your downloads too.
