Your Connection to Sky Go has been Lost. Please Check Your Internet Connection and Try Again

After watching Sky Sports / Sky Cinema for 10 minutes I get this Message

Your Connection to Sky Go has been Lost.  Please Check Your Internet Connection and Try Again.

I have tried it with Internet Explorer and Firefox and I still get that message after 10 Minutes of use and every 10 Minutes after.

  I am using windows 10 on my computer

My internet conection is ok Virgin TV Anywhere works ok BBC IPlayer works ok

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue trying to watch programs using the Sky sites. 

 

I just want to clarify that you should be using the Sky Sports website and the Sky Movies website, not Sky Go. You can find those sites here: 

 

Sky Cinema and Sky Sports

 

I have removed the current registration for your PC to see if this helps refresh things. If you log in now and try to stream does the same thing happen?
