IOS is working but your online service is NOT. When you click the watch in the middle of the screen it just goes grey and nothing. Did you test this before posting !
Same for me, iPad working but MacBook not! See http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/TV-on-the-go/TV-Anywhere-online-and-iOS-RESOLVED-1-3-16-Not-full...
It's comical how they state things are working when it takes one minute to prove they aren't!
same here, window 7, firefox or IE just a blank screen, well at least it now detects the device, I think they should test before posting it has been fixed.
*** update On demand seems to be working , Live TV is not :-(
Service status doesn't even understand the problem:TV Anwhere (sic) - Customers using a PC or Apple device may be unable to register a new device plus you may also have issues with intermittent streaming & timing out when using On demand.
There's nothing intermittent about it. At all. And it makes no mention that live streaming is broken. It never mentioned live streaming.
Virgin Media are a communications company, right?
Interestingly, some channels now seem to be working via anywhere.virginmedia.com, for example, BT Sports 1 and 2.
However, most others I've tried, including Discovery and BT Sports Europe are not working. Same issue as earlier today, click on Watch Now and then just a blank screen.
Further channels now working so fingers crossed!
Might even be able to watch the football tonight.
Apologies for the disruption with TV Anywhere.
Things are now resolved for online and the iOS apps.
Are you all able to stream now? Let me know.
