You have reached your deivice limit? What?

Hi there,

How can i sort this crap out you have reached your device limit according to Sky so how do I reset every thing even though I have not reached any limit just changed my iPhone.

I should say I can get to TV anywhere with the App but not watch Sky sports or Movies.

Many thanks, Tim.

Devices for Sky premium content are managed separately here:

http://anywhere.virginmedia.com/settings/devices/sky/

You'll also find the link under "My profile" in the top right of the screen.

Re: You have reached your deivice limit? What?

Hi there,

Well it seems sky registered it automatically for me so that's good news and now I can watch Sky Sports on my phone.

Again many thanks, Tim.

Sorry I should have added that devices are registered automatically, but wanted to get back to the match! Smiley Happy
