You have reached the limit for registered devices ?

I'm trying to watch Sky Sports on my laptop and I'm receiving the following error message -

"You have reached the limit for registered devices. Please visit your service provider to manage your devices"

I checked my profile & I only had two devices registered. I deleted one & tried to add it back but got a message saying that I have no changes left till 4.10.2016!

I need to get this resolved this by next Friday as I want to be able to watch the Ryder Cup on my laptop.

I've located your account and can see the two devices registered in there. I have added a change on there for you, if you wish to give this another go.

Hi Nat J. - managed to log into Sky Sports via TV Anywhere so all is now good & I'll be able to enjoy the Ryder Cup this weekend. Cheers.
