Windows 10 upgrade - sky sports issue

Has anyone else had any issues with sky sports since Windows 10 upgrade. All I'm getting now is you have reached limit or registered devices. How can I get it sorted as I have t made any device changes. Just update operating system.

Which counts as a device change.

The way it checks what device you are using is via the Browser footprint.

Re: Windows 10 upgrade - sky sports issue

Ok superusers, answer me this. All other aspects of the to anywhere through laptop are working, streaming channels, movies etc it's literally just the sports. Explain that given that the device is assiosiated with all three but only works on two

Re: Windows 10 upgrade - sky sports issue

Hi Smudge123

Thanks for posting back on the community.

Sorry to hear that Sky Sports is not working through your laptop.

When you upgraded to Windows 10, are you using Firefox to use TV Anywhere and Sky Sports/Movies? If Sky Movies are working then realistically Sky Sports should work also as it is using the same website.

I can see that you have one device change available, you can remove the device from your account > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports. Go back into the Sky Sports website start streaming a website, this will prompt for registration and hopefully this will work for you.

Let us know how you get on

Sam

Re: Windows 10 upgrade - sky sports issue

Hi Smudge123

Thanks for getting back in touch.

The removal and to re-register will only use one device change.

We do advise to use Firefox or Internet Explorer for TV Anywhere and Sky apps as Google Chrome is not supported.

Regards

Sam
