Thanks for coming back and letting us know how you got on.
If the error message is still coming up as too many devices then this means you've not deleted any devices to make room for the new registration.
Make sure you are not just removing from My Profile > Device Settings as this is for TV Anywhere only and won't resolve the Sky platform issue. You need to make sure you are selecting Sky Movies and Sky Sports from the list of 3 there.
If you've removed the device and can see a free slot but still getting an error, what is the new error message that you are getting?
