Will there be a TV Anywhere update to support link+ setting etc

In contrast to other peoples experiences I find the tv anywhere app and web page very useful for managing recording etc, however they no longer match the features of the tv box such as link+ meaning If I do set up a recording I have to go to the tivo to modify it settings.
Is an update planned for the app and web page to address this issue.

thanks

Hi stevedh2,

A little birdy tells me you should try updating the TV Anywhere app on your Android device now. Smiley Wink

Keep me posted on how you get on.

Thanks,

Yes. The latest iOS update for the TV Anywhere app has this support and also support for V6 functions, such as streaming of recordings from My Shows as well as download for offline viewing.

I have no information on when this will be available for Android devices.

Can I assume, @Kath_F, that this update includes support for V6 and perhaps heralds an announcement later this week?

well it says that you can playback selected v6 recordings... however I don't have a v6 so can't check it out... wish you could do that with a standard tivo Smiley Happy

Re: Will there be a TV Anywhere update to support link+ setting etc

Hi @Ernie_C

We've brought the Android TV Anywhere app in line with the updates we've done to the iOS app. We've also fixed some bugs and known issues too in this update.

It will indeed support the V6 box although we've no news on an update for this quite yet Smiley Happy

Thanks,
