Why only one device change? And why does Anywhere keep losing the registration?

This month I have been cursed with devices (without any updates) suddenly not working on Anywhere and not having any means of re-registering them.  Given these issues can Anywhere either allow extra devices or extra changes?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about the issue experienced concerning our TV Anywhere service.

 

I've located your account and can see that you currently have the maximum amount of devices registered with an available change also present.

 

Let me know if you're still having problems with this and I'll be more than happy to investigate further.

I have two devices registered but both have been invalidated...
