Sorry to hear that your unable to watch Sky Movies on your iPad.
If you sign into your account, under My Profile click on Sky Movies & Sky Sports. Here you should see two devices that are currently registered to use the Sky apps. As you have one device change available, you can either delete one or two of the registered devices that are not in use. Then to register the iPad go onto Sky Movies, select a channel and this will prompt for registration.
