This has been going on for some while now, at first i thought it was just a virgin media problem and it would resolve itself. However this has not happened so how do i sort out this issue?

If Mobile / Tablet: What is the Make and Model of the device?
Are you using the latest versions of the app?
If PC / Laptop: What browser are you using?
Is Java and Adobe Flash up to date?
