I've had a look at everything from this end and it does look as though there are some issues present via your equipment signal levels, which may be causing some trouble trying to connect to the TV Anywhere service.
I'd like to arrange for one of our field engineers to come out and investigate this further.

Further to your query via private mail as to why an engineer visit would be required. The equipment signal levels are out of spec at the moment, therefore, this may be the reason for the interference experienced. The engineer will be able to run through some checks with you to ensure all is as it should be.
