What is the point of the Service Status page?

It beggars belief that the current issues with device registration is not being shown on the service status page.

Whether it is a "service" problem or an "application" problem is irrelevant. VM users have not been receiving a key VM service for nearly a week now.

There should be a go-to place where we can check what is happening and it is incumbant on VM to regularly update this information.

It's a lot quicker if your having problem with your internet or if you think you are then you can just check on there then if it is your internet then you reset it if not you give virgin a call it's just some reassurance

Re: What is the point of the Service Status page?

We were told 1700 on 29 June was the ETA for the TV Anywhere problem to be fixed.

Well, it's way past that and yet what info have we been given by Virgin? Still nothing on the Service Status page, still no update on the stickys at the top of this forum, and the mods are also very quiet.

We really should be told what is going on. And what sort of recompense Virgin are going to offer us for the failure of a key service for nearly a week.

You will get nothing from VM.

After all, as they tell us oh so frequently, TVAnywhere is a "Free" service so we have absolutely no right to complain!
