Re: What does error code d:14 mean?

Hi psw2000,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums.

Whenever this error message comes up, we've found it's usually to do with you using a secondary account on your device as opposed to an error with the service.

Make sure you are using the main user account on the tablet for TV Anywhere to work.

Thanks,

Re: What does error code d:14 mean?

I am logged in on my one and only account device and I get this error on any channel I try to watch. Is it because I am out of the UK at the moment?

Re: What does error code d:14 mean?

Hi Shugg,

You've hit the nail on the head there.

You are not able to stream TV when connected to a non UK Network.

Once you get home, try again and let us know how things are.

Speak soon, and enjoy your holidays Smiley Happy

Re: What does error code d:14 mean?

Surely "Anywhere" means home and abroad??

Where is it made clear in the Virgin publicity for this service that it is limited in geographic scope?

Re: What does error code d:14 mean?

Hi hollisga,

Thanks for your post Smiley Happy

We've never hidden the fact that TV Anywhere can only be used to stream whilst in the UK. It's the same with most players.

You can view that in all of our help articles including this one: http://help.virginmedia.com/system/viewArticle.jsp?uuid=9E966504-52D2-49F7-9EAB-8EBAF5B9F4FC

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Thanks,
