trying to watch sky sports, on I-phone 6 message keeps popping up "you need to upgrade your subscription please contact your provider" the phone is still registered watched last season no probs??

Apologies to hear you are having an issue trying to stream from Sky Sports.
I'm not sure why this error message is being displayed however I have now done a re-sync on your package to ensure it's all linked up correctly.
I have also reset the Sky platform for you now so there are no devices and you have 1 change to use to add the iPhone. If you try streaming now, it should work.
