There are repeats of this episode tomorrow and the next day at 2am in the morning and again at 9pm on Sunday.
Perhaps you should consider recording, rather than relying on on demand.
What kind of a response is this from a member of the VM team? Either you offer the service or you don't. It looks as though nothing has been added since Tuesday, so is this official VM policy going forward? If that is the case would you kindly stop falsely advertising that you offer this service if you are unable to provide it.
If it was vice-versa and live TV went down you wouldn't have this attitude. "Don't rely on watching/recording it live, just watch it on demand". VM make it clear what services they offer. On paper they do this so that they can appear to be comparable with Sky. Either this is true or it is not. "Don't rely on On Demand" isn't much of an answer.
