Walking Dead - S6 EP13

As per previous posts by others

Episode not available on the website

No meaningful error message

Does this have to happen EVERY week?

There are repeats of this episode tomorrow and the next day at 2am in the morning and again at 9pm on Sunday.

Perhaps you should consider recording, rather than relying on on demand.

Which is great if your TIVO is working properly and not awaiting replacement.

Regardless, if its on the Anywhere site, it should work as displayed / advertised and not subject to reoccurring faults.

What kind of a response is this from a member of the VM team? Either you offer the service or you don't. It looks as though nothing has been added since Tuesday, so is this official VM policy going forward? If that is the case would you kindly stop falsely advertising that you offer this service if you are unable to provide it.

If it was vice-versa and live TV went down you wouldn't have this attitude. "Don't rely on watching/recording it live, just watch it on demand". VM make it clear what services they offer. On paper they do this so that they can appear to be comparable with Sky. Either this is true or it is not. "Don't rely on On Demand" isn't much of an answer.

I have replicated this fault and emailed the team who deal with the content. 

 

Once I hear back from them I shall be in touch.

I have heard back from the team now who have advised this has been raised as a fault. We are looking into what's caused this and will be looking for a resolve as soon as possible. 


As soon as I have news of a resolve, I shall let you know.
