Just bought kindle 10 and virgin tv anywhere doesn't work, apparently not supported. Any idea when this will be sorted?

I'm sorry to hear that your Kindle isn't working with TV Anywhere.
Are you using the app or are you using your browser?
Make sure you've downloaded the latest app by checking for any updates within the Playstore.
What OS is your Kindle running?
Are you able to log in successfully?
At what point does the error come up?
