Virgin tv anywhere app reconnecting

Hi

I have a Samsung s6 and anytime I try to use the app it comes up reconnecting and I can't access it.

I have disabled wifi calling on my phone and have tried on different wifi connections and it still doesn't work. Any ideas what else I can try.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are not having any luck streaming from TV Anywhere Smiley Sad

 

Can you try deleting the app from your device and then power off your device. (Make sure you power off and not just restart it) Turn the device back on and re-install the app. 

 

Double check to ensure wifi calling is off again as sometimes this setting can reset itself.

I have passed that stage I have already tried this several times. Wifi calling is definitely off. I'm not sure what else I can try.

Thanks for coming back to me on this and apologies my suggestions didn't work. 

 

I'm at a loss now and the next thing would be to give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 to see if there is anything they can do.
