This has been a long time annoying problem, it's now happening on a brand new PC and fully up to date flash player.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with TV Anywhere and buffering.
I started a thread here: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/TV-on-the-go/TV-Anywhere-Buffering-Issues/td-p/2695717 requesting examples and am saving these and passing them over to the development team.
It's helping them to pinpoint exactly where the issue is coming from and we are making little changes to help improve things.
Please pop your examples on that thread as having them all in the one place means none are missed out. I'll be updating that thread as and when I get any updates myself.
