My Virgin app has just started playing up and won't connect on the home WiFi. It tries but just keeps flashing up with a box saying "reconnecting" I'm on Android with a Samsung s5 running 5.0. It has only just started this. Been fine on my phone for over a year. How can I fix it please?
Welcome to the forum. Which application are you experiencing this problem with? (Smart call, TV Anywhere etc). Apologies for any inconvenience caused we will certainly get this looked into with you. Is there any change if you reinstall the application?
