Virgin app not working

Keep getting error code E=0 V=-1
App took forever to sign in to as well. Should I just delete it and chalk it up to a waste of time?

What is the make and model of your device?

What OS is the device running?

Have you used the app on this or any other devices previously?

What is the full error message you are getting?

What are you trying to do when the error comes up?
