Virgin anywhere registration

I have successfully re registered my iPad Air and it works fine. Tried tonight to register laptop and there was an error while doing it. The device slot is showing free but it says I have no changes until January. Can this be refreshed so I can try the laptop again

I've gone in to your account and added a device change for you today. If you can try re-registering the laptop - things should work.
