Re: Virgin anywhere app issues

Hi Josh,

Thanks for your message.

My  laptop is an Acer E1-570. When I sign in to Virgin , it says device not recognised.

I have managed to download the app on my Samsung mobile, and it works thanks.

Thanks for your help.

Belinda

Re: Virgin anywhere app issues

Hi Belinda,

Thanks for getting back to me!

I've checked your account and I can see the registered phone as well as an empty device slot.

I'd like you to try this process to see where it goes wrong:-

  • Go to the TV Anywhere Website
  • At the top of the screen click on Live TV
  • Hover over Channel 4 and click Watch
  • On the next screen click on Watch Now
  • A dialogue box will pop up - Click Sign In
  • Use your Primary Virgin Media details to Sign In
  • On the next screen click Watch Now on the left
  • Another dialogue box will pop up - Click Register Device
  • Click the Register button next to the available device slot
  • Name your device

After completing this, your device will be registered and you can start watching TV Anywhere content. Give it a go and let me know at which step in the process it fails.

Speak soon Smiley Very Happy

Josh
