Virgin anywhere app issue

I had virgin media tv/internet connected yesterday, downloaded the app on i-phone 6, created log in & password but app says invalid username & password.

I have deleted browsing history & cache (as recommended to another user) and deleted/re-installed app but still no joy????

it has to be the same log in you use for your virgin media account and it can take a day or two for all the servers to update

I have been using the same log in as the Virgin Media account - will check to see if it's working in the next fee days.

Hi Josh,

Thankyou for checking. Still no joy i'm afaid. I get the message "invalid username/password"..... but the log in and password work fine when i log into this forum?

I've just performed a test run to make sure it will record a programme and it worked great!
