Virgin Tv Anywhere - device lost reset

Hi all,

 

I wondered if anyone had been able to speak with Virgin CS regarding resetting their TV anywhere registered device list. I made one change at the beginning of March; however there I no longer have access to the device (a broken PC) and I cannot add a new device (iPad) until April. If I make that change in April, then I have to wait until May to add my second device as well (Android phone).

 

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this issue, but cannot find the right team at Virgin to speak to in order to resolve it.

When you get through ask to speak to the tv anywhere people. They will put you through, regards Micky

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch regarding the device changes for TV Anywhere Smiley Happy

I hope you have found the support provided by the community useful and have been able to get in touch with the teams to see if they can support you with this as yes, the device management only allows one change per calendar month once the initial 2 device registration has been completed.

You can take a look at our support site here TV Anywhere for some further help.

Device Changes

  • Each time you add a new or swap a device you’ll use one of your permitted 'device changes'
  • You can register up to 2 devices
  • When 2 devices have been registered you’ll be able to make one change to your registered devices each calendar month. This lets you remove a device to add a new one, for example
  • We recommend that you register devices that you’ll use regularly as you will not be able to swap them until the following month
