Just bought Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016). Android version is Marshmallow 6.0.1. I cannot get it to run Virgin TV anywhere.

Have you been able to download and launch the app?
If yes, are you able to sign in?
What action are you trying to perform when it stops working?
Is there any error message?

I can download the app, I can access all content but when given the choice of how to view the choices are 'greyed. out and when I select one I get the following message:

This error message usually relates to trying to stream channel not available.
Try streaming Channel 4. Do you get the same error message?
