Since the update to Virgin TV Anywhere it is very slow populating the Guide. Is there a problem?
I'm an very sorry to read that the TV Anywhere is not working as fast as we'd like for you.
Sometimes there can be brief moments of demand, I would like to know if this has continued to happen in periods of the day.

Thanks for the reply. It seems to be slow any time I go into TV Anywhere. It is slow specifically loading Chanel program information, and often comes up with To Be Announced. Hope this helps.
