Virgin TV Anywhere

Why has TV Anywhere stopped allowing me to access content and record remotely using my iPhone and iPad? At home and connected to the network wirelessly the app allows me to do just that but step outside of the house to any other wifi location and this is disabled. What on earth is the point of that?

Have you tried

(a) rebooting your Tivo

(b) reinstalling the App on your device?

Had a similar problem with an Android device, rebooting the Tivo seemed to sort it out. Don't ask me how or why.

I have had this issue, solved it by rebooting TiVo, good luck Micky

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to stream any channels when connected to any other wireless network. 

 

As mentioned by the other 2 community members, rebooting your TiVo® is the first thing to do here. Give it a try and let us know how this has gone.
