Virgin TV Anywhere Device Issue

Hello All


I have recently registered my laptop as a device; when I try and watch Sky Sports I receive the following error message - You have reached the limit for registered devices. Please visit your service provider to manage your devices. [s:266 / c:1110 / t:6024 / c:4110]


I have since spoken to Virgin Media via web chat and was given an extra change and was told to remove my device and add it again which I did but I still receive the above error message. I have tried this using Internet Explorer and Firefox but to no avail. I spend over £140 per month on services from Virgin Media so I am subscribed so to speak.


I would really appreciate some advice and support to get this issue fixed as soon as possible
