I am unable to programme my Tivo Box to make a recording using the Virgin app on my Galaxy S5 is there a reason for this ?. I am able to perform this function using my ipad without a hitch. I will be grateful for any advice, kind regards.

In order to help you with this we will need to have a little more information. What error message are you getting when trying to set up the recording? Do you get this on all recordings you are trying to set up or just the odd one or two?
